Women's Rapha Ride
Sunday September 6th, 2020
As in previous years we are hosting a Women's Rapha Ride. This event encourages women all over the world to get together and ride 100kms.
Due to COVID 19 there are additional measures we need to put in place this year which are listed below.

Please note the following important requirements:
You must not attend this activity if you or anyone in your family have any COVID-19 related symptoms, namely;
• a high temperature
• A new or continuous cough
• Loss of taste or smell
Please bring hand sanitiser, disposable gloves (2 pairs) and a face covering with you on the ride.
Please also bring your own equipment in the case of a puncture i.e. pump, inner tube/s, bike tool and be aware how to change a tyre should a puncture occur.
We will have at least two refreshment stops on this ride, in Abergavenny and in Usk, so bring a method of payment for your food and drink.

Please indicate on the Facebook Event post if you are attending the ride, as we need to ensure that we adhere to the government guidance on the maximum numbers allowed to attend.
