Women's Rapha Ride

Sunday September 6th, 2020

As in previous years we are hosting a Women's Rapha Ride. This event encourages women all over the world to get together and ride 100kms.

Due to COVID 19 there are additional measures we need to put in place this year which are listed below.

Before the ride please read and familiarise yourself with our COVID19 Risk Assessment

Please note the following important requirements:

You must not attend this activity if you or anyone in your family have any COVID-19 related symptoms, namely;

• a high temperature
• A new or continuous cough
• Loss of taste or smell

Please bring hand sanitiser, disposable gloves (2 pairs) and a face covering with you on the ride.

Please also bring your own equipment in the case of a puncture i.e. pump, inner tube/s, bike tool and be aware how to change a tyre should a puncture occur.

We will have at least two refreshment stops on this ride, in Abergavenny and in Usk, so bring a method of payment for your food and drink.

Please read and familiarise yourself with the Transition and Progressive Ride Risk Assessment:

Please indicate on the Facebook Event post if you are attending the ride, as we need to ensure that we adhere to the government guidance on the maximum numbers allowed to attend.

We will be doing the same route as last year:

Distance: 100km

Climbing: 1450m
